Making Strides Against Breast Cancer

I know you’re busy so I’ll keep this quick. I just signed up for an event that’s really important to me the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk occurring on October 22nd in the Bay Area.
I am walking because my grandmother who passed away in 1989 from this disease would have wanted me to, because this year I am the same age my mom was when her mother died and I cannot imagine continuing my life without her, because I want to be a part of creating a world with less breast cancer and more birthdays.
Please feel no obligation to donate, but if you’re so inclined you can do so here. In her memory I will be walking with my grandmother’s name on my shirt; if there is anyone you know who you would like remembered, supported in their fight, or applauded as a survivor please feel free to send me their names and I’ll put them along side hers for my walk.
