Do I Know You?

So a few days ago I was walking down 10th toward the office, chatting with a co-worker who parks near me and as we crossed Q someone drove past toward the Capitol and hollered 'Hi Heather!' as they drove by.

I have no idea who it was. Male certainly. I got the sense of dark hair, and that he was maybe hispanic. That is all.

I thought at the time that it sort of reminded me of a guy I went to college with - in retrospect a friend of mine works downtown and it could have been him. Tho I think he'd have emailed if it was.

Hell it could have been anyone for all that I didn't get a good look.

It's making me a bit batty.
