Television for Five Hundred, Alex
Sep. 23rd, 2010 09:41 amI watch a lot of TV. Granted I do most of it with my eyes on my computer, or my nose in a book (can I still say that if I'm using a Kindle now?), or some combination of both. I have a short attention span and require constant stimulation or I get bored - this probably surprises no one - and I live alone so I like the company (or the 'noise').
Few shows hold me over the duration of their lifetimes and I rarely watch new shows because I always like the ones no one watches and am saddened when they inevitably get canceled. That said this season I am/was actually looking forward to the premier of a couple shows and the continuation of others. So far I am pleased with my old standbys and the new shows I've decided to try but I have a lot of taped stuff to watch so who knows (NCIS and NCIS LA I am looking at you).
Dancing with the Stars: Crack filled as always - oh Len Goodman you complete me.
Glee: Please for the love of all that is holy give Bieste a hottie boyfriend. This would make me giddy. Also, I am in lust with the new Vocal Adrenaline coach.
How I Met Your Mother: I laughed outloud more than once, so you're doing your job.
Criminal Minds: I still hate Derek's facial hair and Garcia's cherry red hairdo but now they've added a curly Beiber cut to Reid and it hurts my soul. I think Hotch needs to get laid. Possibly also Emily. I want to see JJ's hot baby daddy again. And I was this||close to cutting a bitch last night, Derek don't make me hurt you.
Chase: It is quite simply possible that I will watch anything with Cole Hauser in it. After all I watched White Oleander and that horror movie that gave me nightmares about the cave divers - more than once. I also watched K-Ville, the four episodes FOX actually aired. So I could be biased but.. it's set in Texas which means jeans and boots, he's a US Marshal which means big guns and chasing down fugitives and he's apparently got many many exes which makes me giggle like I'm twelve for some reason. Seriously I don't even remember the name of the blonde chick who is ostensibly the main character...
That is all I can think of right now that I have actually managed to watch (in my defense I watched Glee and Chase twice and Top Chef was on). But Big Bang Theory is on tonight so I'm sort of distracted.
