who remembers anniversaries - King, but he pretends not to.

who does most of the cleaning - Probably her, we all know he's a mess. But he does seem to have OCD tendencies so...
what has a season pass in their DVR - Baseball is the national pastime for a reason - and he's totally got a season pass.
who controls the netflix queue - They each have their own.
who calls up the super/landlord when the heat’s not working - he probably fixes it himself... and then she calls when he fails.
who steals the blankets - Her.
who leaves their stuff around - Book and shoes, the man is constantly leaving books and shoes in a wake behind him.
who remembers to buy the milk - Who drinks milk?
who remembers anniversaries - They both do, even the lame first kissaversary.

who calls up the super/landlord when the heat’s not working - Her, she's better at the sweet talk.
who steals the blankets - Her. And probably the pillows.
who leaves their stuff around - Her, he doesn't have much stuff really.
who remembers to buy the milk - Him. It does a body good.

what they order from take out - Hale likes Chinese food, Dyson prefers burgers. Since they aren't married they order both.
what is the most trivial thing they fight over - Dyson wants a dog, Hale says he has a dog...

what has a season pass in their DVR - Probably Hale, I say hockey.
who controls the netflix queue - they don't have netflix, neither of them cares enough to get it.
who calls up the super/landlord when the heat’s not working - Hale, he has the siren charm.
who steals the blankets - They each have their own, kthx.

who remembers anniversaries - Like of the day they got assigned to each other? Yeah that one's burned indelibly on both of them - but Hale remembers other anniversaries to tease Dyson about.

what has a season pass in their DVR - They both do, and agree to disagree on the merits of their two favorite sports.
who controls the netflix queue - They share, but neither is overly fond of horror movies and they've gotten Sneakers so many times they should just buy a copy.

who remembers anniversaries - Johns remembers to the day. But he's a little OCD. She remembers too but not quite so silence of the lambs about it.

who controls the netflix queue - her, and honestly he doesn't care as long as she doesn't make him watch Bring it on. Again.

who uses all the hot water in the morning - Neither of them, military will teach you a quick 4 minute shower in a hurry. Unless they've just gotten back from planet cold wet and muddy and then the 4 minute shower can bite her.

what has a season pass in their DVR - he does, and she maintains that fishing isnt a sport.
who controls the netflix queue - she does, but he sneaks in scifi crap that will make her have fits over inaccurate science
