State of Mind
Jun. 16th, 2009 06:03 pmToday I was a glorified tour guide.
Don't get me wrong, I didn't mind. I enjoyed planning the rout, making the map, marking the landmarks etc.
But we were pushing 4 hours in the truck, on delta roads most of which need to be repaved, and are windy (why does that word look wrong...) as all heck. I felt nauseous, headachey and exhausted by the end of it and all I did was sit and navigate.
And then I came home and flipped on the TV and caught an episode of a sappy TV show.. and it made me cry.
I am obviously unstable.
