1. He was afraid of his father and his older brother, until one night Rocco and Tony got into a fight and Joe had to break it up. He ended up the only one standing. He was fifteen.

2. When he was little, his sisters used to dress him up like a doll and make him wear dresses.

3. He seduced Stephanie Plum when he was eighteen because he wanted a reason to come home when his tour ended.

4. He'd break the law to protect Stephanie, and it scares him that he knows this.

5. He studied non stop for months to pass the detectives exam on the first try, he knew he had to get out of undercover work or it was going to kill him.

1. He was violently in love with Andrej when he was younger. He isn't any longer, but he is reminded of it when he sees him.

2. The woman his family meant for him to marry was Marana, he has never and will never share this with Andrej.

3. He believes that he and Stildyne are kindred spirits of a sort.

4. His father caught him with a young man who worked in the fields, he never mentioned it but introduced his son to a Malcontent cousin.

5. Political intrigue is the least favorite part of his job.

1. Her relationship with her mother has never been the same since she decided to go exploring with her father.

2. She has nieces and nephews she's never seen.

3. Her parents marriage convinced her that loving someone was a bad idea, she promised herself she'd never fall in love. She lied.

4. She wishes she loved John.

5. She hates her hair, always has done.

Those make lots of sense. And I like her hair. Even if there is a lot of it.

Lore could probably love John a little, but he's obtuse and bratty and has such a wide range of emotion he doesn't know which is which and couldn't understand it.

I think she'd like to love John, but she loves the Doctor, and as much as she might occasionally wish she didn't that's a done deal.

1. The black backpack, the first one, belonged to his sister. It was one of the few things to survive the fire. He's always carried one ever since.

2. Donna isn't his type, but he thinks maybe that's why they work so well together.

3. Everyone he loves dies. It's made him keep his distance from people he shouldn't have - like his mom.

4. He's always felt he had to make up for his parents losing Joanie.

5. He believed in Jed Bartlet the way you believe in the sunrise. Finding out about his MS would have broken him if not for Donna, when she left... he realized he'd stayed for her not the President and he had to go find a new sunrise.

I didn't play her for long - she hated the village. No one spoke Texan and she missed Ed Earl.

1. She took off from home as soon as she turned 17, she was going to Amarillo to be a star. She got off the bus in Gilbert, and never left.

2. She was a virgin when she started working at the chicken ranch.

3. Her step father had a wandering eye that frequently wandered to Mona as she got older and caused friction with her and her mama. It's why she left home so early, and why she hasn't gone back.

4. She's loved Ed Earl since she was barely out of her teens, but she's never thought he'd marry her. Hasn't ever even expected it.

5. She'd have left Gilbert when Miss Willa Jean died, except the woman made her promise to take care of the girls.

I could probably come up with 5 more for Josh >.>

1. She started dating Jonas, because she knew her father would hate him.

2. For years she blamed her dad for her mom's death and for making Mark leave - but he was all she had left so she never said anything.

3. Blue jello is what her mom made her and her brother when they were sick. It's why she loves it so much.

4. Killing Martouf was one of the hardest things she's ever had to do, and she finds it hard not to blame him and the Tok'ra for not figuring it out sooner so that she didn't have to.

5. She hates it when they look at her like she can create miracles. As though bending the laws of physics weren't hard enough without dealing with unwavering faith in her ability to do so.

and a bonus - 6. Blowing up a sun was really, really cool.

1. When he was a boy he broke his arm and was stuck doing 'quiet' things for a summer. His mom gave him a copy of Call of the Wild and they read it together. It made him love reading, instilled a sense of excitement about exploration and allowed him to get to know his mom before she died. He still has a copy of that book.

2. He likes tangible things, the way they feel and taste and smell. Real paper and leather bound books. Brasso and a rag. An ax and a stack of wood. He loves it on board a starship, but its always felt sterile to him.

3. It wasn't his promotion to the Hood that kept him from going back to Betazed to see Deanna, he was afraid if he went he'd never leave.

4. Nothing in the universe scares him more than Lawaxana Troi.

5. He grew the beard because he was tired of being called first officer babyface.

1. Guy didn't commit suicide, he begged her to kill him since he couldn't make himself do it and the situation was her doing. So she did.

2. SHe had an eating disorder when she was younger, was obsessed with making weight for gymnastics and making her father proud.

3. She really does believe the Joker loves her. She has to, or else everything she's done for him would drive her madder than she already is.

4. She doesn't need the glasses, she started wearing them to make herself look more serious after she over heard some of her classmates calling her a bimbo.

5. She hates gymnastics.
